Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders often ship same day if placed before 5pm EST, but shipping can be delayed due to item availability. We will contact you if an item you ordered has an excessive lead time.
 
Transit time depends on selected shipping service and your location. Typical delivery times range from 1-5 days but can vary due to weather delays, or times of increased volume like the holidays.
 
When placing an order, shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in the order as well as your shipping location.
 
Free shipping is offered on most orders within the lower 48 US States totaling $200 or more. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes, as well as most large items such as racing seats, body panels, or anything else that cannot be sent via a standard carrier.

In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, do not discard any boxes or other shipping materials. All items, and packaging materials are needed to process a damage claim. Please contact us immediately so we can open a claim for you.
 

 

Returns


We accept returns of most new, unopened, items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges for all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case that the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
At the request of the customer, we will provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. This typically only takes 1-2 days.
If the returned item is deemed to be in used/installed condition a restocking fee of up to 50% will be deducted from the refund amount, or the return will be declined and the item will be returned at the cost of the customer.
 
We recommend shipping returned orders via a full tracking courier with insurance such as UPS, or FedEx. This ensures recourse in the event of lost or damaged shipments.

For defective parts, or warranty claims, most manufacturers like to work directly with the end user. However, if you need some assistance, we are happy to help with the process.
